Move, your way…

  • 1:1 Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates performed on a specialised machine called a reformer, which consists of a sliding carriage, springs for adjustable resistance, and various straps and bars. Unlike Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates allows for more dynamic, resistance-based exercises that target strength, flexibility, and balance.

Whether it’s your very first time on the reformer or your hundredth, this private session is designed just for you. Think of it as an hour to strengthen, stretch, and reset—with expert guidance to meet you exactly where you are. No pressure, no rush—just supported, soulful movement that leaves you feeling lighter and stronger.

  • 2:1 Reformer Pilates

The reformer supports and challenges the body, offering a wide range of exercises for the core, arms, legs, and back. It's suitable for all fitness levels, providing a full-body workout with controlled, flowing movements that improve muscle tone, posture, and mobility, all while being low-impact on the joints.

2:1 means you can enjoy your session together with a friend or contact us to be added to our 'buddy list' and we can pair you up with someone.

  • Your first session will typically begin with a brief consultation to understand your health goals and any specific concerns. Based on the service, you'll be guided through the process, whether it's a yoga class, a sound bath, or a one-on-one therapy session. We aim to make you feel comfortable, supported, and aligned with your wellness journey.

  • You’re welcome to start with two drop-in sessions
    1:1: £40 per session
    2:1: £60 per session (£30 per person)

    Monthly memberships:
1:1: £140 for one class per week (£35 per class – save £5 each)
2:1: £200 (£100 per person) for one class per week (£25 per class – save £5 each)

Memberships for two or three classes per week are also available. Please see graphic above.

  • Choosing the right service depends on your personal wellness goals. For relaxation and stress relief, you might try a sound bath or massage therapy. If you're looking to build strength and flexibility, yoga or Pilates would be ideal. For deeper emotional or spiritual work, plant medicine ceremonies or bioresonance therapy might be beneficial. We’re here to help you decide based on your needs.

  • Absolutely! Our services cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors and therapists will tailor each session to meet you where you are on your wellness journey, ensuring a safe and positive experience.

  • The frequency of sessions depends on the service and your personal goals. For ongoing benefits, many clients find that attending weekly or bi-weekly sessions is ideal. For therapies like bioresonance or plant medicine ceremonies, the frequency might vary based on individual needs. We can provide personalised recommendations during your first visit.

  • For most sessions, comfortable clothing that allows for movement is recommended, especially for yoga and Pilates. For sound baths or therapy sessions, you may want to bring a blanket or wear layers for warmth. If you’re attending a plant medicine ceremony, specific guidelines will be provided in advance. We provide all necessary equipment, but you’re welcome to bring personal items if they make you more comfortable.

An introduction to Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed to strengthen his own body as a young man. Pilates mat work originated before the creation of any Pilates equipment or “machines” used in the practice today and includes over 500 exercises that can be practiced anywhere. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level.

The creator of the Pilates method, Joseph Pilates, once said: "Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness”. This reflects his belief that a healthy body is essential for overall well-being and mental clarity.
