Our Pilates sessions are designed to build strength, improve posture and support a regulated nervous system. Whether you are new to movement or returning after time away, we offer calm, expert guidance in a space that feels safe, supportive and unrushed.
Our 1:1 and 2:1 sessions allow for truly personalised guidance. With fewer people in the room, your teacher can observe your movement in detail, make precise adjustments, and tailor each session to your body, your needs and your goals.
This level of attention supports better technique, faster progress and a greater sense of safety, particularly if you are new to Pilates, returning after injury, pregnancy, or a period of stress or change.
Working one-to-one, or alongside a trusted partner, also creates a calmer environment that supports nervous-system regulation. You are not rushing to keep up, comparing yourself to others, or getting lost in the room. Instead, you are fully seen, supported and guided, allowing your body to build strength, confidence and ease in a focused and grounded way.

If you are new to Pilates or the Reformer, we recommend beginning with a 1:1 session so we can understand your body, your history and your goals, and support you safely and confidently from the start.

Train with a Friend
Our 2:1 Reformer sessions offer a personal and supportive way to move alongside a friend or partner, with the same level of expert guidance in a shared setting.
