The Spiral of Embodiment

The Spiral of Embodiment Deep Healing Circle with Katja @katjaauroravincent ~ intuitive healer, medicine woman & space holder

In the MWB Yurt for £22 (concession available ~ please ask)

🌀 Come home to the truth beneath the noise. 🌀

This is a ceremony of coming home to the body as a living spiral of memory.

Not a container of trauma. Not something that needs repairing.
But something that already knows. Something that has always known.

Here, we do not seek to heal what is broken.
We soften… and allow what is whole to reveal itself.

What you may experience:

✨ A softening of what feels held or tight
✨ A deeper connection to your body’s own language
✨ A sense of grounding without force
✨ A quiet return to yourself beneath the noise

This is not a circle in the traditional sense. There is nothing to achieve. Nothing to perform.

Only a spiral… that invites you back into yourself.

And in that return ~ the body remembers what the mind forgot.

🌙 Why This Theme Now

Many of us have been moving through powerful inner shifts… moments of opening, insight, release.

But when these experiences aren’t given space to fully land, they can leave us feeling ungrounded, scattered or slightly disconnected from ourselves.

This is where embodiment becomes essential.

💫 Silence becomes integration.
💫 Breath becomes the spiral itself.
💫 Movement becomes remembering.
💫 Stillness becomes completion.

Not more healing. Not more seeking.

But allowing what has already moved to anchor into the body ~
into your breath, your nervous system, your everyday being.

This circle meets you exactly there. 🌀✨
