Our Yoga practice shared together will ignite the fiery nature of the Summer season, giving our bodies and minds a much needed boost. Yoga offerings from me centre all around feeling calmer which we'll weave into our warming Yoga practice with the opportunity to experience the benefits of both the cold plunge and sauna (both are optional!) with a nourishing lunch to wrap up a beautiful morning spent together.
