Held in a peaceful yurt, this guided conscious dance journey invites you to let your body lead - moving, releasing, & realigning with the energy & ease that already live within you. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply reconnected to your true self.

Once a month, on a Friday morning, we gather in movement and music — a steady, nurturing space to release stress, reset your energy, and begin your day feeling clear, centered, and ready to flow into the weekend.

This is for women who want to reconnect with their body, energy, and joy through movement. Whether you’ve danced all your life or haven’t moved freely in years, you’re welcome here. Each session offers space to release, express, and return to yourself — no choreography, no pressure, just presence and freedom to move as you are.

🌿 About Dr Indika

Dr Indika walked away from her career as a GP and Functional Medicine doctor when she realised that true transformation isn’t found in treating symptoms—it’s found in energy, movement, and connection.

A lifelong lover of dance, she has trained and competed in Latin American styles, giving her a deep, embodied understanding of the interplay between music, movement, and emotion. 

She is also the UK’s only trained facilitator in Transcendance™️ — a form of conscious dance that blends somatic movement, energy healing, soul-stirring music, and intuitive vocal guidance, guiding participants into deep energetic alignment and connection with their inner truth.

Her work is rooted in her own journey through motherhood and self-discovery—a path that deepened her understanding of how movement can reconnect us to our truth and natural flow.

Through conscious dance and energy alignment, she helps individuals clear what’s been weighing them down and reconnect with the power, clarity, and vitality that have always been within.

'Return to Yourself' officially launched in December with our first public Friday-morning dance gathering.
