A day event to explore all the calming Yoga techniques together to really immerse yourself in the magic of how Yoga can soothe an anxious mind. Think of it like a Yoga Retreat Day, but it's £20+ cheaper than a day retreat! 

I became a Yoga Teacher back in 2020 was because I really struggled with anxiety. Long story short, Yoga for me was the magic key to helping settle my anxiety and so I began the journey that was calling me to share this magic of Yoga with others who felt like me. Over the last nearly 6 years, I've ran my extremely popular 5 weeks Yoga for Anxiety Course multiple times. As of this year, the Yoga for Anxiety Course has evolved into a new heartfelt offering - something I believe works better for the lovely students that will be joining. 

What's Included... 

  • Yoga Class exploring calming breathing techniques 

  • Restorative Yoga class with soothing meditation and Yoga Nidra 

  • Journaling Workshop - guided prompts to explore mindfulness techniques 

  • Nervous System Workshop - understanding how our bodies can switch from feeling anxious to feeling calmer 

  • Herbal Teas throughout the day 

  • Nourishing lunch
