This is more than a morning of activities; it’s a chance to truly honour yourself. To step out of the rush of daily life, slow down, and connect with the deeper rhythms of your body and soul. Through yoga, breathwork, sauna, and reflection, you’ll reset your mind, body, and soul for the week ahead.
We’ll begin the day with an intention-setting circle, followed by a gentle Vinyasa flow to awaken your body and breath. You’ll then move into two full cycles of sauna and cold plunge, tapping into the power of contrast therapy to reset your nervous system and energize your body. Afterward, cozy up by the fire with chai, journaling, before sinking into a restorative Yin yoga practice to soften, release, and restore.
This retreat is a gentle, yet powerful morning dedicated to self-love and deep renewal. It’s designed to help you slow down, reset, and come back to yourself, leaving you grounded, clear, and calm for the days ahead. Through a series of transformative experiences, you will reconnect with your body, clear your mind, and nourish your soul.
