As the Lunar Nodes journey through Leo and Aquarius, we are in a collective chapter of releasing outdated identities and stepping into a more authentic, connected way of being.
This ceremonial afternoon is an invitation to consciously participate in that transformation.
Guided by the five elements, through ritual, meditation and community, we'll explore and dismantle the stories we've inherited about power, worth, visibility and belonging.
Patriarchy isn’t just an external system, it also functions as an unconscious story within us. This isn't about fighting against an old system, but about remembering who you are beneath the conditioning.
The Leo South Node invites us to release the need for approval, performance and old identities. The Aquarius North Node calls us towards authenticity, equality, community and a future built on courage rather than fear.
Together we'll use the power of ritual as an act of personal healing and reclamation of sovereignty, whilst also creating a frequency of liberation in service to the collective.
The Ceremony
Working with the Elemental Wheel, we'll journey through each of the four elements, allowing each ritual to build upon the last before uniting with Spirit at the centre.

Identify and release inherited beliefs and conditioning that don’t serve you.

Wash away emotional residue and create space for something new to emerge.

Through a flower crown ritual, guided meditation, solar-inspired sound journey, and shared reflection, the day offers space for creativity, rest, and meaningful connection within a soulful community.
Who This Is For
For those who feel something stir when the seasons turn.
People who sense that the Solstice is more than just a date in the calendar and who wish to meet it with presence, reflection and community. You may already have your own practice or simply feel the desire to step away from the pace of everyday life and spend a day marking this moment in the year.
No previous experience is needed. Only a willingness to arrive as you are and to be present with what the day holds.

First Light is an Imbolc day retreat, lovingly created as a space to pause, to softly release winter's embrace, and to meet the new version of you that is slowly emerging. Imbolc unfolds just as we start to lose hope that the light will ever return, it is the midway point between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. Imbolc is the promise of renewal, of rebirth and the first signs of a new life.
During First Light we will thank the winter for its lessons, rekindle our fire and plant the seeds of our intentions for spring.
