Golden Sun is a Summer Solstice gathering honouring the longest day of the year, when the sun is at its highest and life is in full bloom. This immersive experience invites you to slow down, reflect on what has grown since spring, and connect with yourself in the fullness of the present moment.
Through a flower crown ritual, guided meditation, solar-inspired sound journey, and shared reflection, the day offers space for creativity, rest, and meaningful connection within a soulful community.
Who This Is For
For those who feel something stir when the seasons turn.
People who sense that the Solstice is more than just a date in the calendar and who wish to meet it with presence, reflection and community. You may already have your own practice or simply feel the desire to step away from the pace of everyday life and spend a day marking this moment in the year.
No previous experience is needed. Only a willingness to arrive as you are and to be present with what the day holds.

First Light is an Imbolc day retreat, lovingly created as a space to pause, to softly release winter's embrace, and to meet the new version of you that is slowly emerging. Imbolc unfolds just as we start to lose hope that the light will ever return, it is the midway point between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. Imbolc is the promise of renewal, of rebirth and the first signs of a new life.
During First Light we will thank the winter for its lessons, rekindle our fire and plant the seeds of our intentions for spring.
