A time to slow down, reconnect and learn how yoga, movement and mindful practices can support you through menopause. Expect gentle yoga, relaxation, helpful menopause guidance and time to connect with other women.
Why combine yoga and menopause?
We're Helen and Louise, and together we've created a space where women can feel informed, supported and take time to slow down. Louise is a qualified Menopause Coach who brings both professional expertise and personal experience of menopause, while Helen is an experienced Yoga Teacher who understands how powerful yoga can be in supporting wellbeing throughout the menopause journey.
This isn't just a yoga class or a menopause talk—it's an opportunity to learn, move, relax and connect in a beautiful, nurturing space.
Who is it for?
Whether you're in perimenopause, menopause or postmenopause, this event is for you.
You may be experiencing symptoms, looking for answers, or simply wanting to understand your changing body better. Alongside expert menopause guidance, you'll discover how gentle yoga, mindful movement and relaxation can help you feel calmer, ease stress and create space to reconnect with yourself.
Whatever stage you're at, you'll be welcomed with kindness and without judgement.
What will we do?
Over two relaxing hours you'll enjoy:
A friendly menopause discussion with our qualified Menopause Coach
Gentle, accessible yoga
A welcoming women's circle
Time to ask your questions
A deeply restorative Yoga Nidra
You'll leave feeling informed, relaxed and supported.
Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all.
This session is suitable for beginners as well as those with yoga experience. Everything is gentle, supportive and designed to help you feel comfortable and at ease.
Come exactly as you are.
Why only 15 women?
We've intentionally limited this event to just 15 women to create a warm, welcoming and personal atmosphere.
A smaller group gives everyone the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences if they wish, and feel truly seen, heard and supported.
Only 15 spaces available.
If this speaks to you, we'd love to welcome you.
