Experience the serene ambiance of our Sunday morning classes in the tranquil MaxWell-Being yurt. This unique, spacious setting blends comfort and peace, inviting you to reconnect with yourself and the environment. 

This inclusive class emphasizes core strength, flexibility, breathwork and postural alignment. Rooted in the original exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to build his own resilience, Mat Pilates offers over 500 dynamic movements that can be practiced anywhere. With modifications tailored to diverse abilities and ages, each session fosters a supportive and engaging environment. All levels welcome.

Meet Laura, a wellness advocate, Personal Trainer and teacher of Pilates, Strength and Cycling. She works with NHS referral clients and is passionate about health, community and fun fitness. Since 2017, she has competed in fitness events, pushing her limits to be her best. Now, she inspires others to join the community for greater health and happiness.
