A ceremony for the wild within.
An evening of deeply held shamanic practice, breath, energy and elemental medicine ~ inviting you out of the noise of the mind and back into the wisdom of your body.
We begin in circle with sacred rapé, allowing ourselves to arrive, ground and become present to what is here.
From there, we journey more deeply through breathwork accompanied by ThetaHealing ~ the heart of our evening. A space to soften what has been held, move what is ready to move and listen beneath the layers to the quieter wisdom within.
And then we meet the elements…
Fire through the heat of the sauna.
Ice through the surrender of the cold plunge.
Moving between the two, we allow the body to lead ~ breathing, feeling, releasing and returning again and again to presence.
We’ll complete our journey back in circle, with space to land, share and simply be witnessed in whatever the evening has opened or revealed.
