Join us for three hours of uninterrupted, distraction free time with your little one.
We'll spend our morning enjoying a short guided relaxation, gentle breathwork, lots of craft and plenty of delicious snacks and drinks. There'll be a few little treats thrown in along the way too.
The beautiful yurt will be cosy, warm and peaceful.
What you'll go home with - a feeling of calm and connection, plus a little tool kit of ideas to help with relaxation at home.

Bring with you anything you need to be cosy - a blanket, two cushions and a bottle of water each are a must (but let me know if you need to borrow anything, I can help if you let me know in advance).
Wear cosy layers and warm socks.
