As the earth shifts into spring, we’re invited to do the same,  to soften, to clear, to plant new intentions, and to bloom.

Spring Awakening is a 4-hour immersive yoga experience designed to help you release the heaviness of winter, reconnect with your inner clarity, and align with the fresh energy of the season. This nourishing afternoon weaves together movement, stillness, intention, and deep rest to support renewal on every level, physical, emotional, and energetic.

 ✨ What to Expect

🌼 Manifesting & Intention-Setting Journaling
We begin in gentle reflection, using guided journaling prompts to clarify what you’re ready to release and what you wish to cultivate this season. Spring is a powerful time for planting seeds,  both in nature and within yourself.

🌬 Breath-work for Renewal
Awaken your energy and clear stagnant patterns through intentional breath practice, This guided breathwork session will help you create space, increase vitality, and prepare the body for movement.

🌿 Yoga Flow
A creative, heart-opening embodied flow designed to build vitality, awaken into any stagnant energy and feel energised. 

🌸 Restorative Yoga with Reiki & Yogic Massage
After building heat, we’ll transition into deep rest. You’ll be supported in restorative postures while receiving gentle hands-on Reiki and soothing yogic massage assists. This is your time to completely surrender, recalibrate, and receive.

​🎶 Sound Healing Journey
We close with a deeply immersive sound bath to integrate your experience. Let the vibrations wash through you, grounding your intentions and guiding you into a state of calm clarity.
